    Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.


    Shipping times:

    • Local orders can take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 3 business days.
    • International orders can take 5-15 business days to be delivered depending on location and customs regulations. We ship within same 3 business days.
    • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

    **Please note that for certain periods like the holidays, and due to high demand, the packages could have 7-10 days delay.

    Yes! You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.


    For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.


    If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.     Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 3-5 business days for the link to show any information. The tracking links may not update right away, but rest assured, the package is still on its way once it has left the warehouse as it is with the postal service.

    Please check your email for a confirmation email and/ or a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. If the item you ordered was on pre-order then please expect to wait 2 weeks before your item is shipped.

    How do I cancel an order?


    As per our return policy, we offer 48 hours from the time of placing an order to request a cancelation, after this time, products will be shipped and will leave our warehouse. If you are within 48 hours of placing an order, then please email If an order has been shipped then the order cannot be canceled as the product has left our premises and is en route via the shipping company (USPS, postal service, etc.).
